To get started, we:
- Perform a property inspection and recommend an asking rent
- List your property, along with a detailed description and photographs, on the REA website: www.realestateassoc.com
- List your property on the REA Availability Sheet, which is distributed to prospective residents and area employment centers
- Provide other advertising options, which we will coordinate at your request
To attract and keep good residents, we:
- Provide and install a “For Lease” sign
- Show and lease your property utilizing professional leasing consultants
- Advertise to attract residents, assess ad effectiveness to optimize response
- Facilitate the application process (including credit, criminal, landlord, and employment checks)
- Handle resident move-in/move out
- Collect rent and security deposits
- Accept credit cards and eChecks for rent payment to improve collections
- Handle all resident communication, including maintenance requests, which can be initiated from our website for added resident convenience
- Utilize our in-house service department, which allows us to respond quickly to owner and resident maintenance requests
- Perform property inspections
- Facilitate eviction process, if necessary
We go “above and beyond:”
- For your convenience and for our residents, we maintain regular business hours, including Saturday
- Our in-house service department is available after hours to respond to maintenance emergencies
- Our administrative and leasing staff is always available to answer your questions and concerns
- We take care of the bookkeeping, including the preparation and mailing of your monthly and year-end statements, along with your rental proceeds
